The RequirementsTo be a strong fit for this opportunity you will have:
- At least five years of hands-on experience as a Technician / Mechanic.
- General Motors and/or ASE Certification.
- Strong mechanical skills. Expertise and certifications in engines, transmissions, diesel and electrical are preferred. GM World Class status is also preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong, proactive work ethic and team player mentality.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate our dealership and service software.

The RoleReporting directly to the Service Manager, as an Automotive Technician / Mechanic at White’s Frontier Motors, you’ll perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of new and used cars and trucks including GM, Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, foreign vehicles, and many others.
We have an impressive, large shop that includes 12 full bays equipped with hoists and flat stalls. You’ll join a team that includes four other technicians and a journeyman. We provide all of the equipment and special tools, but we’ll look to you to provide your own set of wrenches and hand tools.
We also have a full body shop, so you’ll assist with some of their work as well. The majority of your work will be mechanical, but you may be asked to step in to help with oil changes from time to time.
